As a former College Dean, instructor, and law enforcement officer, Wayne Coates started MilCo Training Solutions in 2012 with the intent of designing opportunities that would provide criminal justice and public safety officers with relevant and timely training in a number of areas but especially in Management, Leadership, and Supervision. MilCo Training Solutions has provided training to thousands of public safety and criminal justice professionals in over 55 different courses in both traditional and online formats.
